really is: protected natural sites, cities of character, châteaux,

In Brittany, the rivers and canals are reserved for pleasure boating:
passing through the locks is free and the lock keepers will give
you a warm welcome.
They will gladly help you maneuver your boat through the locks and
will tell you about places to visit.
There are six boat rental companies available, offering boats that
are easy to sai l and that you can live on during your stay. You
won't need a boating permit.
