It's not because you have a lot of good wine available
to you at home that you shouldn't give Greek wine a try.
Though you may shudder a bit when you drink your first
glass of retsina, the local wine, (it's a little bitter),
you can get used to anything if you're thirsty enough!
In the past, the wine was kept in barrels coated with
resin. (We wonder how it is made today?!)
