monuments, hosted ,for more than a century, the biggest wine market
in the world. After renovating its walls, Bercy village has assumed
a new function, a new impressive and attractive role, the one of
being the first urban entertainment center of France! |

*RTT: "reduction du temps de travail" which means work lengh
reduction. This tipical french concept has been around for about 4 years
and allows every French worker to benefit from half a day of work on top
of their 5 week vacation every year. French people take advantage of this
labor law to take a day off for shopping during the week ( especially
in Paris). A lot of them go to markets such as the one located in Bercy
Village.
The parc in Bercy…

Nearby the village, you will find a park covering an area of 14
hectares ! Lost in the green bushes and in the colorfull flowers,
this parc looks more like a maze. From the pavement on the ground, from
the red bricks on the footwall to the green grapes on the vineyards, this
place will astonish you by its vibrant colors! A park to relax before
going to the movies, after shopping, or for no specific reason.
